Two more wins for Huff, Powell & Bailey. Dan Huff and David Mackenzie secured two defense verdicts for clients in the past three weeks. The first case involved a lawsuit against a Cobb County restaurant for allegedly allowing scalding hot water to come out of a restroom sink. The Plaintiff alleged her burn led to CRPS and sought damages in excess of $3,000,000. HPB represented a local vascular surgeon in the second case, which involved the death of a 59 year old patient who underwent a left internal jugular vein permacath insertion. The Plaintiff sought
