Kyle joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2025 as Counsel in the Atlanta, Georgia and Greenville, South Carolina offices. Kyle enjoys representing healthcare professionals, businesses, and individuals in high-stakes litigation across Georgia and South Carolina. With his extensive experience, he is poised to represent and advise clients through all aspects of case management, from pre-suit liability evaluations through trial and appeal.
Kyle is a native of Sparta, Georgia and graduated first in his class at Mercer University School of Law in Macon, Georgia. Kyle is admitted to all courts in the states of Georgia and South Carolina.
Kyle has defended catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters involving medical treatment, transportation, construction, railroad, and premises liability. Kyle also has litigated numerous corporate and estate disputes. His success has followed him to venues across the states of Georgia and South Carolina, where he has received numerous defense verdicts in significant exposure litigation.
Kyle has several close family members in the healthcare field. He enjoys learning about the nuances of complex and cutting-edge medical issues while defending healthcare providers in malpractice actions as well as before licensing boards.
