Tivara joined the firm in 2023 and is an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia office. The majority of her practice is devoted to medical malpractice defense. She has been litigating for the defense since 2017, including complex high exposure professional liability cases against physicians, hospitals, architects, and engineers. Tivara has tried multiple cases to verdict and enjoys both preparing for and being in the courtroom. She prides herself on strategically defending cases from inception to verdict, with a focus on achieving the best results for her clients.
Tivara is licensed to practice law in Georgia, as well as New York.
