Brandon Mosley joined Huff Powell Baily in 2025. Brandon has devoted the majority of his 24-year career to defending long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, physicians, nurses, hospitals and other healthcare providers and entities in cases and claims involving allegations of professional and medical negligence. Brandon has successfully and aggressively investigated, handled, arbitrated, resolved and tried these complex high exposure claims and cases. Brandon is a tireless advocate for his clients and obtains excellent results for them in state and federal courts, in arbitration and at mediation.
Prior to joining Huff Powell Bailey, Brandon spent 13 years as the Chief Litigation Officer for a long-term care company with over 200 facilities in 19 different states. As a result of this in-house experience, Brandon’s knowledge of and familiarity with the inner workings of the long-term care industry is unmatched. He also developed invaluable insight into evaluating liability and damages in these difficult cases, as well as formulating winning litigation strategies for the best outcomes in these cases. In addition to that role, Brandon has significant experience in business-related litigation including breach of contract claims and lawsuits, False Claims Act suits brought by both the U.S. Department of Justice and private realtors, and corporate structure and liability disputes. Brandon also has experience in employment matters including Title VII complaints, Section 1984 claims, wrongful termination and retaliation claims, and FMLA/ADA claims.
Brandon graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2000. He began his legal career in Texas in 2000. Before accepting the in-house position in 2012 with a large long-term care company, Brandon gained substantial trial experience defending long-term care facilities and other healthcare professionals and providers.
Brandon is also a certified mediator and has mediated many cases to successful resolution.
Brandon is admitted to practice law in Georgia and Texas.
