Holly joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2024 and works in the firm's Raleigh, North Carolina office. Holly's practice is devoted primarily to medical malpractice defense, representing physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. She also represents healthcare providers through professional licensing board complaints as well as license suspensions or revocations.
Prior to joining Huff Powell Bailey, Holly worked as a nurse practitioner for 25 years. She practiced in a variety of settings including pediatric primary care, on an inpatient pediatric hospitalist team, and for the last ten years, on an inpatient child maltreatment team.
Holly attended the evening program at North Carolina Central University School of Law and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2024, having received the Daniel G. Sampson Award for Scholarship.
