David is the managing partner of the firm's Columbus, Georgia office. David is licensed to practice law in Alabama, as well as Georgia and defends health care providers and premises owners in both states.
David joined the firm in 2015 after working several years with another health care defense litigation firm in Columbus, Georgia. His practice is devoted to civil defense litigation of complex cases with significant exposure. The majority of his defense litigation practice is focused on health care litigation, including medical and dental malpractice cases, long term care cases, and premises liability cases with significant exposure, including but not limited to negligent security, food related injuries, transportation, and other such general liability claims and cases.
David also regularly advises clients on employment and corporate issues and is routinely involved in administrative law practice including licensing, state investigations, and the EEOC.
With family ties to Augusta, Georgia and Columbus, Georgia, David has successfully tried and handled cases across the state of Georgia and also frequently handles cases in eastern Alabama.
David has been repeatedly recognized by his peers as a Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star.
