Juan Davalos joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2024 and is an associate in the firm's Atlanta, Georgia office. Juan's practice is devoted primarily to medical malpractice defense. He represents physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, hospitals and other healthcare entities in cases involving allegations of medical malpractice and negligence. He also handles high exposure general liability cases in the healthcare and hospitality industries.

Juan has been practicing law since 2016 and began his career as an immigration defense attorney in the Atlanta area before making a shift to civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Juan was an associate at an Atlanta insurance defense firm, where he handled the defense of general and premises liability cases, as well as cases in the aviation industry.
