Brian specializes in the defense of medical malpractice, hospital law, hospital liability, long term care liability, premises liability, and insurance defense. He represents individuals, corporations, medical practices and insurance companies in state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate levels. He has successfully defended hundreds of catastrophic and high-exposure cases, including cases involving brain injuries, birth complications, class actions, as well as catastrophic and wrongful death claims.

His ability to handle complex litigation matters has earned him state and national recognition, including being named as a Rising Star in Georgia from 2009 to the present in the Georgia Super Lawyers magazine. Brian also advises and leads educational sessions on various legal topics.

Prior to his legal practice, he served as a clerk with the Honorable Judge Steve Jones of the Northern District of Georgia.
