Beth Reeves has extensive experience as a trial and appellate lawyer, specializing in the areas of insurance coverage and related litigation, insurer insolvency, and commercial litigation. Beth has represented clients in Georgia and across the country, from large insurance carriers and corporations and to small businesses and individuals, in both state and federal courts. She also acts as litigation counsel on behalf of the Commissioner of Insurance of the State of Georgia as Liquidator of insolvent insurers. She has argued numerous successful appeals in the Georgia Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Beth has been a featured speaker on topics including insurer insolvencies and insurance coverage matters.
After receiving her B.A. in English and History from Emory University in 1988, Beth received her J.D. in 1991 from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, where she was a member of the Mercer Law Review, Moot Court Board, and Order of Barristers.
