Since 1998, Anna has been defending physicians, hospitals, midlevels, nurses, and other healthcare providers and institutions against claims of malpractice and related allegations, such as those involving consent, credentialing, administrative negligence, gross negligence and punitive damages claims. Anna defended her first medical malpractice case at trial in 2000 and has continued to regularly take complex cases to trial all over the state.
In addition to her full-time trial practice, Anna served as managing partner of the firm from 2015 to 2022, as it tripled in size and expanded from one office in Georgia to six offices in three states.
Anna is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and consistently is recognized by her peers as a Georgia Super Lawyer.

- Defense verdicts in numerous cases involving death and serious lifelong post-surgical injuries, including permanent neurologic injury, extensive scarring after plastic surgery, and permanent pain.
- Extensive experience in cases involving obstetrics and gynecology, including defense of birth asphyxia, shoulder dystocia, reproductive medicine, and gynecologic surgery cases.
- Particular expertise in ophthalmology cases, including those involving LASIK, cataract surgery, macular degeneration, and retinal detachment.
