Andrew Morales joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2024 as an associate in the firm's Atlanta, Georgia office. Andrew's practice is focused on the defense of medical malpractice cases through all states of litigation, including trial and appeal. He represents physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, hospitals, and other healthcare providers and entities in cases involving allegations of professional negligence and general liability. Andrew also assists with matters involving commercial disputes, healthcare regulatory enforcements and investigations.
Andrew earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he gained hands-on litigation experience participating in the school's moot court and externship programs. He received the Thomas Carl Damewood Evidence Award. Andrew also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert S. Ballou, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Virginia.
