Dan Huff and Taylor Tribble obtained a defense verdict for an Atlanta Colon and Rectal Surgeon in the State Court of Fulton County after four days of trial. The Plaintiff alleged that he underwent unnecessary colon resection surgery for uncomplicated diverticulitis and experienced surgical complications without being told of all the risks and alternatives to the surgery. The Plaintiff presented $94,000 in medical expenses along with past present and future pain and suffering. The jury deliberated for 50 minutes before returning a verdict for the Defendants.
