It was a busy and successful fall for Dan Huff and the firm. Over a two and a half month period, Dan succeeded in receiving three defense verdicts for his clients in medical malpractice cases. The first case was a 4 day trial against a surgeon in Newton County. The second case lasted 8 days and involved allegations against an anesthesiologist in Hall County. The third case was a 13 day trial in Fulton County that involved allegations against a hospitalist. Dan was assisted by Sharonda Boyce Barnes, Michael Frankson, and Dave Mackenzie.
