Dan Huff and Taylor Tribble obtained a defense verdict on behalf of an OB/GYN in the State Court of Fulton County on November 6, 2014. The Plaintiff, a 38 year old woman, alleged that the Defendant was negligent in performing a hysteroscopic myomectomy causing a uterine perforation and the development of a bowel perforation and peritonitis.
