Zachary is an associate in the Atlanta office of Huff Powell Bailey. The majority of his practice involves the defense of medical malpractice, long-term care and general and premises liability cases. He represents physicians, dentists, nurses, hospitals, long-term care facilities and other healthcare providers and entities through all stages of litigation, including trial.
Zachary is trial tested, having extensive courtroom experience as a public defender. Zachary served for several years in the Fulton County Public Defender's Office and the City of Atlanta Public Defender's Office.
Before law school, Zachary also worked for five years as an English Teacher with the Duluth, Georgia Public School System.
