Ashley O'Neal

Ashley O’Neal is a civil litigation attorney in the firm’s Atlanta office. Ashley has over ten years of experience practicing law and represents clients in the defense of medical malpractice, general liability, and Section 1983 claims. Prior to entering private practice, Ashley served as a prosecutor in DeKalb County where she honed her investigative, analytical, and litigation skills. She prosecuted serious offenses including murder, rape, kidnapping, and vehicular homicide and dedicated her practice to serving victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. She represents clients at all stages of case investigations and litigation. Ashley’s civil practice allows her to litigate complex matters in state and federal trial courts.
