David Restucher joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2024. He is an associate in the firm's Atlanta, Georgia office. His current practice includes the defense of medical malpractice and long-term care cases. He also has experience in general liability, premises liability and workers compensation defense.

David earned his Bachelor's Degree in International Studies, with a minor in Political Science, from Louisiana State University in 2008. Following graduation, he moved to South Korea to teach English before returning to the U.S. to pursue graduate studies at the University of Georgia. There, he obtained a Master's Degree in International Policy in 2014. He worked with a nonprofit agency focused on assisting refugees in adapting to life in the U.S. His exposure to legal challenges faced by refugees sparked his interest in the legal field. This prompted him to pursue a career in law. David earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2022. He worked for another civil litigation firm before joining Huff Powell Bailey in 2024.
